The original Miss Fran was a big ornament standing about 5 inches tall like Margarita. They made this one smaller in the later years ending up with Miss Fran III which doesn't do the ornament justice. The bigger the better is the case with this and the Margarita ornaments. She is the only octopus, but she belongs with the mermaids.
