I'm not sure of the reasoning behind this merman, but this is a great piece to add to my Irish/Anglo guys. Scotch fits in with Lucky, Mr. Mussel, Tonic, Sarge, and Johnson (look at the St. Pat's Day Picture). His mermaid counterpart is Soda.
